This competition starts from the tourist center of Hanzhong Longtoushan international tourism resort, along the winding mountain road in the resort to the end of the mountain, the whole journey is 21 kilometers, lasting for 4 hours, the highest altitude is 2140 meters, and the total climb is 2050 meters, which is a great test of the speed control and rhythm control of the runners, as well as the physical endurance.



When you see the 10km clock in point, it means that you have completed half of the 21km race track, and you can run here very well. According to the editor's observation, most of the runners here have a lot of physical strength decline compared with the previous one. The latter half is the key to the final, the slope is steeper, and the requirements for physical endurance are very high. Can the runners reach the end successfully? We'll see.
